Grantham Water Polo Club gains Swim 21 accreditation

Grantham Water Polo Club has achieved Swim 21 accreditation. This is a national clubmark recognition that your club is providing quality service to all its members. There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes to achieve this and is the latest in a stream of successes the club has been having. There have been a number of people who have worked on this behind the scenes but I would like to pay particular thanks to Amy Parnham, Helen Earley and Tarina Chow. Without their help this would not have happened.

Wavepower and Safeguarding

Grantham Water Polo Club are committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of all its members. We are aiming to achieve Swim 21 accreditation which is a certificate of good practice awarded by the ASA. As part of this we are fully adopting policies and procedures outlined by the ASA. The main document parents should be aware of is Wavepower. This is a comprehensive document that details all the things we are adopting as a club from codes of ethics and conducts, through to appropriate mobile phone usage, behaviour management etc.
